Xpro2 upgrade 4.01 - focus hunting? Camera or firmware?

I upgraded to the latest firmware and recently went out and was looking to take photos of family in a restaurant at dinner. Lightning was ok. I was at 6400 iso around f2.0 and 1/60 shutter. (Shooting on P with 35mm f2.0 Lens). There were numerous times the camera would hunt for focus and the image on the evf would come in and of focus but after a whole cycle it would stop out of focus.
