XPro2 - Settings Lock, Silent Mode

I've looked through my menus on the camera, as well as the manual, and for the life of me I can't seem to find an options for a function lock in the style of the X-T1. There's the "Control lock," but I don't see the more specific lock settings option anywhere.

Also - As best as I can tell, there's no formal "silent mode" on the XPro2 - just options to toggle the sounds and AF assist light on and off - and as far as I can tell, neither can be placed on the Q menu.

Am I missing something?
