I am mainly use back button focus on the AE-L. So I have set the the AF-LOCK mode to AE+AF in the menu.
Is there a way I can have the AE/AF LOCK to work in manual focus mode (the mode dial on the front set to M)? Somehow it won't lock the exposure on the same button as it does in focus mode S. So in all the back button works different when changing focus mode between S and M.
