photographing dance performance AF advice for Xpro II

Hello fellow camera enthusiasts! Do you have any advice re the AF mode in relation to dance photography for the pro 2? I have recently bought this camera and am still learning. I am doing to photograph a dance performance tomorrow and would greatly appreciate any advice re the AF Mode - would wide tracking be suitable for this? I have it on the continuous focus setting on the front of the camera.
Also the AF-C custom settings, would setting 5 most suit for dance? And should I turn on face...
