3.12 update to 3.13 on 18mm f2.0 fails with an "update canceled message".

Catching up on updates...all worked except for the 18 mm f2.0 version 3.12 to version3.13 on my X1-pro. Tried two different batteries and re-downloaded the update which did not help.

Anyone out there experienced a similar problem and fixed it. Any troubleshooting tips would be much appreciated...
