Default shutter speed when using flash - XP2 and X100F

Hi all,

This applies to XP2 and X100F.

Is it possible to change the default shutter speed when using flash on the XP2 or the X100F? I know I can change it using the shutter speed dial, but would like to change the default for when shutter speed is auto and flash is activated.

Also, why do I get different default speeds on the two? The default speed when using flash on the XP2 is 1/50 and the X100F is 1/34. These does not change when aperture or iso are changed.
