One of the things I've heard is how the XP2 has strange colors. With critical attention, I see that in my JPGs. With minor changes in skylight vs cloud vs sun... with AUTO white balance, I'd pick up a magenta cast, green cast, blue cast. Not much, but just enough to sway the neutral colors and tones.
