Fuji menus

Is there any way to set the menu so that when I turn the camera off and back on it doesn't default to the top menu setting but stays on the last thing I was using?

Also, does it always have to go to "my menu" first if you put something in my menu?

I just want the menu to stay where I was last, not to constantly reset to the top or to my menu.
