XP2 hesitation

I had my Canon gear stolen last year so I'm starting from zero trying to decide whether to wait for Canon's 5D iv/X or take a leap of faith with the X-Pro2. I shoot cycling on self-assignment but don't mind the limitations of the XP2 for sports for I'm more interested in the color of the race and behind-the-scenes than I am spraying 10fps to capture the action.
