rating images in playback and then is it possible to see these in Lightroom or Capture One?

Dear All,

I enjoy editing my work partly on camera by adding ratings to the images.

Then I am copying them all over and hoping to see my ratings in Lightroom, but nothing!

Are these ratings only visible in camera, I need them to carry on to my computer.

Please advise,
