XPro 2 Image Quality menu set up problem (RAW not shown)

I was trying to set the image quality to Fine + RAW but the menu only showed Fine & Normal, the only way I could get back the full selection showing the RAW options was to reset the shooting menu

Anyone else had this problem or can think of what might remove the RAW options (I checked that the saved data option was set write RAW to slot 1)

Baffled !!!!
