XPro2 - flashes not firing

I'm wondering if I have a weird setting or if I need to send in my XPro2 for repair. I've been noticing that my flashes don't alway fire when I'm shooting and thought I needed new batteries, which I would switch out. The issue seems to have escalated to where the flash will not fire at all now.

I've tested with the Nissan i40, my the Yongnuo's and my little Fuji XE20. I have the camera set to forced flash, which it's always been set to. Shutter type mechanical, again, aways set to. I...
