Lightroom doesn't recognise my X PRO 2 RAW files

Hi,
Just received my X Pro 2 this week and when trying to import RAW files into Lightroom I get the error message 'The fie is not recognised by the raw format support in Lightroom (1)'
Tried saving compressed and un-compressed files. Update Lightroom to latest - 6.3 - Camera raw 9.3.
Any ideas?
