x-pro2 + what lenses for Italy?

Wouldn't go without:

16mm
59mm

Wondering if I should take:
35mm (thinking probably yes)
16-55 (thinking probably yes)
50-140+doubler (want to take, but too much weight? especially if I take the 16-55)

Using lowepro protactic 250 backpack, so have the room to take it all - though I would like to enjoy the trip.

Will be driving, so that solves some issues, but realistically will be on foot a lot.

Appreciate any thoughts.
