X-pro2 and flash

Hi all,

Finally had change and time to put x-pro2 on test with flash, and some issues rised.

I tried it with 2 different combinations,
1. setup was Elinchrom Ranger Quadra and Elinchrom Skyport speed trigger and
2. setup was Yongnuo YN560-TX and YN560-III flash.

+ 1/250s sync work ok without (elinchrom) speed mode (eventhough manual stays only 1/200s should work on normal mode)
+ Both first curtain mode and commander mode work

- Second curtain mode acts weird. From 1/250s - 1/25s it...
