According to the release note we should get:
7. Addition of a smaller Focus Point size in Single Point AF
The update adds a smaller Focus Point size in Single Point AF, bringing the total number of available sizes to six. The new smallest size facilitates pin-point focusing.
As I can see the available sizes are still 5 and the smallest one, as far as I can remember, is the same size as before.
May be there is something I am overlooking.
P.S. In the X-T2 after FW update there is a sixth...
