Butterfly shooting Request for tips

going to head over to a butterfly house on sat with my xp2 and nikon 100/4 micro lens. I could also do the 55-200 with a canon 500d for greater reach.

Suggestions and tips welcome.

Flash? Small softbox? Ring flash?

Other stuff needed?

I was thinking take my godox tt350 and wireless trigger so i can place the flash where ever i want. Maybe have one flash on camera to light the front and a second, overhead slightly behind to backlight the wings? I could just set the...
